All prices are shown excluding & including VAT. We intend to hold these prices for as long as possible but reserve the right to amend them as necessary. Errors & Omissions Excepted. If for any reason the products you receive are unsuitable, faulty or damaged, you can return them to us as long as they remain unused within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the goods or refund your payment. Data sheets and leaflets are available for all products on request, please contact us listing the ones you require. In the event of any damage or defect in products supplied by us, our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the goods as invoiced to you. We will refund the cost of the goods only. It will be your responsibility to return the goods to us and ensure that they are adequately packaged

Shipping And Handling

Deliveries are normally within 7 working days from the last working day of the order. Next Day Delivery may be available, subject to stock and carrier limitations, please call 01502 563846 for more details.

Any discrepancy due to short shipment, incorrect product pick or damaged product should be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt. Any notification received after this time will be dealt with at our discretion.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at:
http://www.hmso.gov.uk providing you have not bought the product previously from us or have undertaken a previous demonstration and the goods have not been used and remain unopened. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the unlikely event you need to return an item for whatever reason you will need to contact us to request an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) Number before we can accept the goods for return.

We promise to respect your privacy, we will not make our customer lists available to any other companies. John Hutchings Services Ltd appreciates the trust and confidence that you have placed in our services and security as it relates to your own private information. We will as a matter of course add anybody who orders a product to our future mailing lists. If you do not wish to be added or would like to be removed from future mailings, please request us to do this in writing at the above address or via email.

John Hutchings Services Ltd will use your information internally, but does not disclose buyers' information to any third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.
