Clean dirty & fresh water tanks

Clean float parts

Clean water filter in fresh water tank

Clean lint sleeve

Check & clean all seals (replace if req’d)

Check suction & outlet hose

Check variable drive (repair/replace)

Check safety switch when in reverse

Check battery water (refill if req’d)

Check/repair parking brake (if fitted)

Check steering (ride on) max. 5% allow.

Check main brake (repair/adjust)

Check horn (if fitted)

Check drive pedal (ride on)

Check drivers seat (ride on)

Check cover locks (replace if req’d)

Check suction beam for correct operation

Check/replace rubber lip on suction beam

Check for general faults and repair as req’d.

Check brushes replace if required

Lubricate all sliding surfaces

Clean air inlet for motors

Check/clean water pump

Check cover fitting and latch function

Check/lubricate/adjust brush lifting device

Check vacuum motor

Check for electrical safety

Check vacuum switches off after beam lifted

Check wheels, grease hub

Clean turbine outlet

Clean suction turbine attachment

Check charger

Run & Test machine for full function
